Colossus off to Great Dorset!
By: Colin Tyson
‘We’re off to the Great Dorset’!
We're pleased to say that Sam Henwood and John Atkinson have worked around the clock to bring rebuilt McLaren engine No 897 ready for the McLaren special line-up at the Great Dorset Steam Fair, being held from 1-5 September. Come and see the monster engine for yourself!
Here she is being low-loaded on the morning of Sunday 29 August near Launceston, Cornwall for the journey to Blandford on Buscombe's rig.
